WEDDING PACKAGES

Magnolia Layne Events offers three levels of wedding planning support, from coordination to full-service planning.

Travel within South Carolina, North Carolina, and Georgia is included in all package pricing.

For weddings outside of these areas, any necessary travel accommodations will be discussed upfront and included in your proposal.

WEDDING COORDINATION - $1200

PARTIAL PLANNING - $2000

FULL PLANNING- $3600

Magnolia Layne Events will take over communication with vendors, create and distribute a detailed wedding day timeline, confirm logistics, assist with floor plan review, and oversee the full wedding day execution.

This package includes:

  • Final planning support beginning 4–8 weeks before your wedding

  • 1-2 planning meetings

  • Exclusive access to Magnolia Layne Events' planning guides and organizational resources

  • Review of vendor contracts, vendor communication, final confirmations, and coordination leading up to your wedding day

  • Custom wedding timeline creation, floor plan review, and final event logistics planning

  • Full wedding day management, including vendor oversight, timeline execution, real-time troubleshooting, and coordination from setup through breakdown

Magnolia Layne Events will provide planning assistance, vendor recommendations, design direction, planning checklists, and scheduled planning meetings to help keep every detail organized and stress-free.

  • 3-4 planning meetings, and ongoing communication throughout  your planning journey

  • Exclusive access to Magnolia Layne Events' planning guides and organizational resources

  • Partial vendor sourcing, contract review, communication, and coordination

  • Wedding timeline creation, ceremony and reception layout planning, and logistics coordination

  • Final Venue Walkthrough

  • Rehearsal Ceremony Coordination

  • Full wedding day management, including vendor oversight, timeline execution, personal décor setup, real-time troubleshooting, and coordination from setup through breakdown

Magnolia Layne Events will manage every aspect of your celebration from vendor sourcing and budget management to design assistance, timeline creation, logistics coordination, and wedding day execution. Magnolia Layne Events will be with you from your first consultation to your final send-off.
