Magnolia Layne Events will oversee the final details, coordinate vendors, manage the timeline, and handle day-of logistics so you can fully enjoy every moment of your celebration.

  • Complimentary Magnolia Layne Events Day of Coordination Planning Template

  • Review and Execution of the finalized Day of Coordination Planning Document provided by Client

  • Coordination of wedding day logistics, guest flow, and personal décor setup

  • Full wedding day management, including vendor oversight, timeline execution, ceremony and reception coordination, and communication between vendors

  • Real-time troubleshooting and coordination from setup through breakdown to ensure a seamless wedding day

Our Month of Coordination package is designed for couples who have thoughtfully planned their wedding but want a professional to step in during the final weeks to ensure every detail comes together seamlessly. Beginning approximately six weeks before the wedding day, Magnolia Layne will take over communication with vendors, create and distribute a detailed wedding day timeline, confirm logistics, assist with floor plan review, coordinate the ceremony rehearsal, and oversee the full wedding day execution.

 

This package includes:

  • Final planning support beginning 4–8 weeks before your wedding, including scheduled consultations and ongoing communication

  • Exclusive access to Magnolia Layne Events' planning guides and organizational resources

  • Review of vendor contracts, vendor communication, final confirmations, and coordination leading up to your wedding day

  • Custom wedding timeline creation, floor plan review, and final event logistics planning

In addition to everything included in Month of Coordination, Magnolia Layne will provide planning assistance, vendor recommendations, design direction, planning checklists, and scheduled planning meetings to help keep every detail organized and stress-free. We’ll serve as a trusted resource throughout the planning process while allowing you to remain involved in the creative decisions that matter most to you.
