Magnolia Layne Events offers three levels of wedding planning support, from coordination to full-service planning.
Travel within 50 miles of Columbia, South Carolina is included in all package pricing.
Events beyond this radius will incur a travel fee of $1 per mile. Any applicable travel fees will be discussed in advance and outlined in your proposal.

This service includes guiding your wedding party through the processional order, practicing entrances and exits, and reviewing key ceremony cues. We’ll also walk through the wedding day timeline, covering important arrival times, when everyone needs to be fully dressed and ready for photos, and other key moments throughout the day. This ensures everyone understands their responsibilities, knows what to expect, and feels prepared for the celebration ahead.

Decor setup includes arranging and styling items such as linens, chargers, napkins, centerpieces, place settings, and other personal or rented decorative items.
Pricing starts at $200 depending on the amount of decor and setup requirements. A custom quote will be provided based on your needs.

This service is for couples who do not have dedicated servers or cleanup staff and want to ensure the reception space is cared for before the night ends.
