Our Month of Coordination package is designed for couples who have thoughtfully planned their wedding but want a professional to step in during the final weeks to ensure every detail comes together seamlessly. Beginning approximately six weeks before the wedding day, Magnolia Layne will take over communication with vendors, create and distribute a detailed wedding day timeline, confirm logistics, assist with floor plan review, coordinate the ceremony rehearsal, and oversee the full wedding day execution.

 

This package includes:

  • Final 6 weeks of wedding coordination

  • Two planning meetings

  • Unlimited email communication beginning 6 weeks prior

  • Vendor confirmation & communication

  • Customized wedding day timeline creation

  • Ceremony Rehearsal coordination

  • Wedding day management & execution

  • Up to 10 hours of wedding day coverage

Our Partial Coordination package is perfect for couples who have started the planning process but would like professional guidance, organization, and support throughout the remainder of their engagement. In addition to everything included in Wedding Management, Magnolia Layne will provide planning assistance, vendor recommendations, budget guidance, design direction, planning checklists, and scheduled planning meetings to help keep every detail organized and stress-free. We’ll serve as a trusted resource throughout the planning process while allowing you to remain involved in the creative decisions that matter most to you.
